Rosewood is a richly toned hardwood known for its deep reddish brown colour and fine grain. Sourced from the Dalbergia species, it is valued for its strength, durability and natural lustre. Due to overharvesting, many rosewood species are now protected, making responsibly sourced material both rare and important.
What is Zirconium?
Zirconium is a strong, lightweight metal known for its durability and striking dark appearance. Unlike many other metals, zirconium is highly resistant to corrosion and does not easily scratch or tarnish, making it an excellent choice for everyday jewelry. When exposed to heat, its surface forms a natural oxide layer that creates a deep charcoal black finish. This is not a coating, but a transformation of the metal itself, meaning the color will not peel or fade over time.
